Tees are named end - end - middle, so a 1" x 1/2" x 1" is 1" on one end, 1/2" on the other end and 1" in the middle. a 1/2" x 1" x 1" tee is exactly the same as a 1" x 1/2" x 1" tee- if you just flip the tee in your hands, the ends will swap.
