What's the difference between a baseboard and a baseboard cover? The baseboard heater comes with copper pipe inside of it, ready to be installed and for hot water to flow through. The baseboard heater cover comes with everything that the baseboard unit comes with except for the copper pipe. End caps, filler sleeves and other accessories are all sold separately.
