Grease Trap Sizing

SupplyHouse offers a basic grease trap calculator in our Resource Center. It multiplies the volume of sinks by .003 to determine the required GPM of the interceptor, and cuts this number in half for installations with very low levels of grease. Canplas has a more detailed sizing calculator that allows users to enter multiple sinks simultaneously and account for several other factors.
